Excellent and very efficient level of service only problem appears to be greeting at the airport. Which is very disorganised. Can't fault the treatment and the level of after care service. I'm planning to go back next year to get my second part of my hair transplant. Hotel staff is also very helpful. Also the staff at the clinic. I got my hair transplant done on the 20th September 2022

From the first contact I had with the Sales Manager, everything was superlative, I only needed to purchase the plane tickets, he took care of the rest. The transfer from the airport to the hotel and the clinic is included and is done in excellent conditions. The experience at the clinic was exceptional. Everyone take care of you, they answer absolutely any question, they explain any procedure that follows. During the operation, a translator is present for any question, you are checked in detail after the operation. You also receive all the medicines and shampoos you need after the operation. The room that he gave me is exceptional and spacious. The bathroom is so clean. The foamy twin bed and have 6 different fragrant pillows. They have also a blanket that hurdles frostbite. Words fail me to adequately explain or describe how this Uber-talented cosmetic surgeon has changed my life. I found my dental unicorn. They are truly sculptors, and artists while chiselling a beautiful smile. Amazing to possess the talent and ability to transform a person's face and smile. It's plastic surgery for the mouth. I must have said thank you 1,000 times. I found plenty of dentists who could do the work in the USA, but the quotes $$$ were astronomical. On average 2K per TOOTH. I did some patchwork with bonding, just to appease myself, with low-yield results. My dentist here in Utah is well-published and reviewed, but I just could not afford him. My cousin from New Jersey went to this practice. The workmanship was outstanding! His USA quotes ran in the 25-30Ks. He required so much work. His cost was less than 10K. I EXHAUSTED poor Dr. Burak from Medhera Health Clinic with my inquiries, questions and concerns via video chats. God bless his patience! I am a very particular person with a keen eye and he learned that quickly. So I made the final decision to go. There are only four things in my 46 years I am most grateful and this duo is one of them. The care and staff were stellar from day one. They use high-quality material E-Max. When I went for my cleaning back in the States my prestigious USA cosmetic dentist. even said, it was a very good job, although I could see he was struggling to utter those words. He took pictures LOL. This brings me to the next topic, travel in Antalya. I loved my boutique hotel. Perfectly situated in walking distance great restaurants. Yes, I walked too many of them even at night LOL. I can give recommendations. I walked to the Mall and spent a day in a Spa ( at my own expense). As with ALL places in the world, you have to be vigilant and wise. BEST DECISION EVER !! You will NOT regret it.

At first, I was slightly worried about my surgical procedure (as another person would) - but I was reassured constantly by my consultant who was always approachable, and answered any concerns that I may have had. My experience in Türkiye was delightful, and the staff were professional and polite. My operation was a success and the Doctor was always available afterwards if I needed any questions answered. I would recommend this practice to anyone and hopefully next year, I shall return for further surgical treatment. ☺️

It's been emotional !! By the time I opened the email from Surgery Group I had already paid a deposit with another clinic. Surgery Group quoted me over 2k less than the other clinic so I decided to forfeit my deposit and go with them. The first thing that they did was arrange a consultation with the surgeon. This was a first and it was great to speak to the surgeon who would be doing my procedure, rather than a salesman. I had lots of questions and my patient coordinator Jake clearly does not sleep as he was on hand anytime I asked. Jake gave me some past patients to speak to and this really put my mind at ease. I was pretty nervous on the day but Dr Ahmad and the technicians were brilliant from the moment I arrived. Jake has kept in touch since my procedure and has helped with my ongoing hair loss. Don't book a hair transplant without speaking to the Surgery Group. it's an education and saved me 2k.
