Wonderful experience (treatment for wrinkles, fillers, laser and facial) we'd at the clinic. The nurses were extremely friendly and helpful. They were very informative regarding our enquiries during preliminary messages. A big shout out to Dr Bas for his professionalism(not pushy) and patience when answering our questions/doubts. Last but not least, the pricing is absolutely reasonable. 5 stars service and big value for money. We will definitely go back again in May. I first found out about Lily Spa when I searched for a sophisticated laser skin rejuvenation treatment. I booked my consultation and was pleasantly surprised to find the staff extremely knowledgeable about a range of options which I could use to achieve my desired level of skin quality and reduce wrinkles. The consultation was so informative that I shifted my views on what I would have done and booked in for a full face thermage treatment. As I type this 3 weeks later I could not be happier with the outcome. My skin has lifted, my wrinkles have radically diminished, skin tone and collagen have improved dramatically and my wife keeps telling me how much younger I look. The outcome was dramatic but subtle enough to not draw stares or notice. I just look better and younger. The treatment itself was painless and diligently applied, with the therapist working closely with me to identify areas of concern and professionally addressing them during the treatment. It was well priced and I've literally never been more satisfied with a cosmetic treatment. I would highly recommend Lily Medi Spa and will be a return customer in the future, for sure!

My appointment was the 18th Aug, took about 10mins + - , I initially came for 1 Laser treatment for my mole above my left eyebrow. I took a chance to ask Dr Baker if the quote was just for the one and he was too happy to remove all the moles on my face(11moles) and it was affordable. Lulu the receptionist is extremely friendly and helpful. She gave me added advice on taking care of the scabs/healing. Both she and Dr Baker was extremely helpful. Sometime after my scabs are fully healed I will definitely be coming in to remove the marks caused by acne off my face. I already received a quote and in the detailed description, of how it will be done and the time it will be healed. It was quite easy to find the office as it's the first office on your right when you enter the office floor. I trust this review is helpful for all who reads.

The spa is beautiful! Definitely recommend the SALT treatment room for massages, it is absolutely stunning. I had the vanquish treatment and loved it. The nurses are all so well trained and very professional. I'll definitely be back.

Great price and procedure. I travelled to Sofia where I was collected by a driver for a free transfer to the hospital which took around 1hr 20 mins. I was met by the co-ordinator who arranged for payment to be taken. I was taken to my private room which was clean with a private bathroom. After bloods and heart check the doctors came to see me and took some history and explained the procedure. I was then taken to the theatre. It only took a short while until I was awake and beck in my room. I had an early flight so was back at the airport within 24 hours with another free transfer. Overall great value and service.
