Marion and her team are very friendly and welcoming, plus Marion is incredibly knowledgeable, witty and compassionate. She took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment plan. I left feeling confident in my recovery and grateful for the high-quality care I received. I work in Central London, so the location and flexibility of this clinic were great. I went to them to have a wart on my hand removed. They were fine, and I had no issues. More than happy with the results after just one treatment. The procedure is relatively painless. They just freeze your hand and everything is over in 10 minutes. I was offered follow-up treatment but didn’t go back. I’ll need several more sessions to get rid of the wart completely, and I don’t think it’ll still be value for money if I return.

I managed to get an appointment within a few days and the doctor was very professional and reassuring. I am in the middle of treatment (prescriptions) and am having a follow-up in the next few days. This has been a godsend when NHS waiting times are too long to cope with an ENT problem for. I found the price extremely reasonable and to include the consultation, exams, and follow-up in the price is excellent.
