I had cryotherapy for two prominent skin tags on my neck. The treatment was quick, with only minor stinging from the freezing. The clinic is small, neat and very clean. The receptionist and nurse were delightful. Although the treatment seemed expensive, it was worth it to me, and I would trust that it is fairly costed out given overheads, salaries, equipment, and rental. This type of treatment is no longer done on the NHS by one’s GP, and this clinic was easy for me to get to.

I had a cyst removed from my scalp in April 2023. Dr Deepak Rallan was brilliant. Very caring and explained every step as he done it. A very knowledgeable and thorough person. He made me feel at ease from the start. All his staff were brilliant too. It’s been nearly 3 weeks since it was removed and had stitches removed this week. All healed up with no problems.
