Dr Knut Moe
Biography:
Born and raised in Dublin (to Irish and Norwegian parents), Knut is a vocationally trained GP. Prior to studying medicine, Knut graduated with an honours degree in Business Studies and Political Science from Trinity College Dublin and worked in the financial services sector in London. He returned to study medicine in the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and graduated with honours and was the winner of the JJ Fitzsimons Gold Medal in Operative Surgery.
After interning in Beaumont Hospital in Dublin, Knut completed his general practice training on the RCSI & HSE Dublin North East Vocational GP training scheme, undertaking posts in Dublin hospitals in emergency medicine, paediatric emergency medicine, obstetrics and gynaecology, medicine for the elderly, general medicine, palliative care, psychiatry and general practice medicine. His interests include paediatrics, men's health, occupational health, preventative medicine and mental health, as well as all aspects of general practice.
