I have been to the TOA clinic three times now. Twice for lip filler and most recently, tear trough filler. I cannot recommend it enough. I have been to various places over the years so I feel like I have enough to compare with. Sofia’s consultations are proper and precise. The work will not commence until it is understood exactly what you desire. She also makes great suggestions. The procedures are always painless. I don’t know how she does it, whether it’s a technique or the needle itself or perhaps both. What I’m most pleased about is how long the results last. Maybe I’m lucky but 15 months on from having lip filler, it’s still there! If you want a relaxing experience in a beautiful clinic, knowing that you’re in safe hands, go to TOA.

So friendly and informative! Honest with how many treatment sessions I needed, with no intention to make me pay more than required. Very detailed in telling me about aftercare and anything which May happen after the treatment. Really great experience.

I have been going to Dr Shikha now for around 3 years, I have injectables, fillers and recently some very natural-looking filler in my lips. I also changed my skincare regime to Obagi. I had suggested ideas I had read about but Dr Shikha, I have found will always advise the right route to take using her expertise. The results are a much better skin tone and a natural look, whilst helping to fight the signs of ageing!! I would totally recommend it.

The staff are lovely; friendly, relaxed & informative. Shaan, who did the treatment was fantastic. She loves her job and has such good knowledge & skills of how to get the best results. She was in no rush, took time to get the best result & was lovely to spend the hour with! Highly recommend.

Have had hair removal full body. Excellent results. I use all her products. Hair oil was silky and smooth. I use to face scrubbing products. My face is so clean and fresh. I am using Arora for scar removal on my face which I have definitely noticed a difference after a few treatments. I have referred clients to her and all are happy with the products and results. My family also go to her. My brother has used her for face beard hair removal. Shaped the beard. He’s so happy with the results. Very professional and friendly. I was referred by my Dentist to attend Smilekind in Boscombe for a tooth extraction. Having never had a tooth out at a Dentist before at the age of 65 I was a little nervous about what to expect. I received fantastic service from Kate and Bilal who put me at ease immediately. No longer had the numbing injection taken effect, the tooth was clean out. No stitches required. After waiting for the bleeding to stop I was out of the door on my way. I had no swelling or further bleeding just a little discomfort which needed ibuprofen and paracetamol. I recommend 100%.

I had a seborrheic keratosis on the temple which was treated with a cryo pencil. This fell off naturally after about 10 days and has now left virtually no sign of a lesion at the site. So after about 2 weeks, there is no sign of anything after the initial cryotherapy and healing has been excellent. Obviously, only time will tell whether the keratosis re-appears, however, my opinion is very positive that the treatment was effective. I can recommend Jacqui for her treatment and attention to detail and would have no hesitation in going back for treatment by this method.

I had cryotherapy for two prominent skin tags on my neck. The treatment was quick, with only minor stinging from the freezing. The clinic is small, neat and very clean. The receptionist and nurse were delightful. Although the treatment seemed expensive, it was worth it to me, and I would trust that it is fairly costed out given overheads, salaries, equipment, and rental. This type of treatment is no longer done on the NHS by one’s GP, and this clinic was easy for me to get to.
