What are Mini Implants?

Mini implants are small screws measuring 1.8 to 3mm that can be placed in one day for patients. They also act as a tooth root and can retain crowns and bridges. Placing a mini implant is a minimally invasive procedure. The patient’s existing denture is placed on the implants or a new denture is fabricated.  Mini implants do not need as much bone structure as regular implants. This is the best Dentist I have ever seen, I came to him as my dentist cannot fit implants, I was wary as they were offering discount at the time but I am so pleased I did as being so scared of dentists from the past he put my mind at ease, I have just had one implant fitted with a second being prepared and I am over the moon with his speed and manner.
