My Orthodontist Dr Neil Patel is quite impressive. I have had complex treatment that lasted from April 2019 to November 2021. I am delighted with the results - genius work. I must also mention how pleasant he and his dental nurses are and this went a long way in helping me cope with my treatment. I have now referred my son Michael to him who needs to have his previous orthodontist treatment with a different practice reviewed to deal with current circumstances. I recieved excellent treatment with Doctor Shrestha and his team of staff. My implant had fractured and it was a very tricky process in order to remove the whole implant. I felt in extremely safe hands as Doctor Shrestha talked me through the whole procedure so thoroughly. He is also such a lovely charming man and brillant at what he does. On my first visit to the clinic I was greeted by Billy who took me through the booking in experience and was very helpful as was Sarah who made the appointment. Sam and Barbara were my nurses who set me at ease as I was having a tooth extraction and when all was ready I met Dr Shaffie who was so kind and understood my concerns as I take blood thinners. My treatment was quick and I hardly had time to wonder what would happen when the tooth was out! It was pain free and the nurses let me rest while they explained what to do at home they put a compress on my gums so that the bleeding was reduced. A very positive experience.

My husband Stephen has completed 10 hours of laser dental work to combat genetic gum disease, having had terrible treatment from an NHS dentist in Winchester and treatment at another private clinic, whose suggestion was to remove teeth and cut back his gums. Thankfully we did our research and found The Behrens Clinic. All the staff at the Behrens clinic have been absolutely brilliant.
