I want to say thank you to the whole team of the wonderful Forest & Ray - Dentists, Orthodontists Implant Surgeons. I was in a desperate state when I went to the clinic, my pain was very long and excruciating. I called the clinic and a wonderful lady at the reception listened to me, explained and made an appointment with the doctor as soon as possible!!! And it happened in a few days! This is really very fast. You can also choose a convenient time for visiting the clinic. It is very convenient that the clinic is open on weekends. You can be in touch with the clinic staff from early morning until late at night. This is a completely patient oriented Clinic and it's wonderful!!! You feel like you're in a safe, professional place every second, talking to staff or sitting in the Doctor's Chair. Arriving at the clinic, I felt the highest professionalism of the service and the competence of the doctors. My whole mouth hurt. Two teeth were in very bad condition. First, the doctor made a thorough diagnosis, removed the nerves, then cleaned the dental canals. I begged the doctor to save my teeth. And he did. I do not speak English well and the clinic staff provided me with a Russian-speaking doctor, to whom I will be grateful all my life. Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis answered all my questions and was very attentive during the treatment. He communicated with the management of the clinic regarding my further treatment. He saved my teeth and my psychological health too) I am grateful to the Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis for his humanity and super professionalism. It was a long treatment and every time I left the clinic I felt satisfied with the treatment, the pain disappeared, and my teeth became healthier! I am also grateful from the bottom of my heart to the management of the clinic for the treatment that was provided to me for free !!! Dentists here are amazing! I had a horrible toothache and I came in for a dental emergency visit and the doctor had such a positive demeanour and was so nice. She took the time to go through everything with me and explain the next steps, her assessment and what the plan would be. I felt so comfortable in her hands and will continue coming here for all of my future needs. Thank you for such an amazing experience during this crisis!!! You need to see her!
