I had an appointment with Iwona the hygienist this morning. I must admit I was not looking forward to it! however I came away feeling fantastic! My teeth have never been cleaned so well! She was so professional and you could tell she knew what she was doing! She was very gentle but firm! My teeth have never looked so clean! I cannot recommend her enough! I do not usually write reviews but she is so good she is worth my time to write this! Also I must mention Catalina who was there assisting her, lovely girl, pleasant and also very professional! They made a great team. All in all a very pleasant experience.
Recommended by my father who had several implants carried out by Guy Barwell. Guy did a great job as well as supporting my anxiety levels without the need for sedation with his calming aura. He did not let me suffer a step-by-step explanation he got on with the job in hand just as I requested. He completed my implant process to the relaxing music of Led Zepplin’s Stairway to Heaven. The rest of the team was also great and formed a part of providing a superb outcome where we all worked together on choices. Receptionists were important too … that first part of the process and at the beginning of every appointment. Always there to answer every question posed and keep reception a friendly area. From the time I went into the building and booked in, the Lovely receptionist Sue helps to relax you.Such a lovely smile. I cracked a tooth, and the cause was probably granola, Kavi was amazing, she explained everything to me, I could feel my anxiety levels reducing.
