I've been a patient of Suzanne's for some time now having extensive bridgework and root canal treatment. I've found her professional, diligent and compassionate to deal with. She is very responsive to appointment requests and puts me at ease in the chair. A lovely clinic with the most helpful staff. Unfortunately, I've had bad pain with my teeth recently but Suzanne has been great.
Sara who has replaced my usual dentist Kirpal extracted two teeth without any pain and has had two teeth added to my original plate as a temporary replacement while my gums settle down. The newly added teeth needed some work to match my bite and Sara showed a lot of patience.
I took my two children for their check up today, with Jai. The receptionists couldn't have been any more friendly and helpful. The treatment that we receive is always very thorough and Jai is always so friendly. I would absolutely recommend this dental practice to anyone and have done to friends and family.
I have been receiving treatment at this dentistry for the past 2 years having not visited a dentist for a significant period. My treatment and hygiene have been of the highest quality and I have been comfortable throughout with the considerable amount of work that was required. All issues and work required were discussed and explained to me to my satisfaction and in my opinion, costs involved reasonable. Any problems were dealt really quickly and the whole practice from reception through to dentist were very pleasant, helpful and professional and I would highly recommend this practice.
We have recently joined the practice which all started with us seeking a second opinion from our current dentist. The service we have received at Salters has been truly exceptional. Michelle who was our first point of contact is the most adorable, kind caring lady who has gone the extra mile in helping us. I am an events manager and I'm hard to impress when it comes to customer service and Michelle has exceeded all expectations. Dr Joanne Salters was so so helpful and again we felt so comfortable with her excellent care and not to forget Mr Tait who has a wonderful manner and has started excellent treatment on my son. I recently lost a cracked molar and so looked into having a dental implant and chose Regent Street Dental Practice after reading the online reviews. I was nervous at my first appointment and also upset about losing a tooth but Dr Shiraz was brilliant; he put me at ease, explained the process and pricing and I trusted him from day one. I had the first part of my treatment last week and it went a lot better than I thought it would - extremely quick, painless and professional. Dr Shiraz is a Tooth Wizard! The reception team also deserve a mention as they’re very friendly. I’m so pleased that I’ve gone with this Practice as so far they’ve been tip-top.
