Just like to highly recommend Dr Kubra. I attended this clinic via consultations through Sarah who is working with Dr Kubra. Had crowns to be replaced and overcrowding to be rectified. All treatment was first class. Dr Kubra is a highly professional Doctor who listens to your needs and carries out work confidently and with great care. Sarah is a huge asset to that Company also translating and caring for the patients. Also the taxi service very reliable and supplied by this company. Very pleased with end result and will definitely return if any more work is needed. My family also attended there on my recommendation and was impressed and happy with the treatment. I contacted Dr Ziya from the UK after reading other client reviews online. I contacted him 12 weeks before my travel. He sent me all my treatment plans and a pricelist Dr Ziya contacted me regularly via WhatsApp for updates and reassurance. I visited Bodrum in October 2022 my first appointment with Dr Ziya was on the 11/10/22. I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable both by the reception staff, translator Emma and most importantly Dr Ziya himself. I felt completely reassured and confident enough to allow him to carry out my treatment. Dr Ziya arranged for transport to pick me up from my hotel to the clinic on both visits and back. My first visit involved doing all the preparatory work i.e., x-rays tooth preparation and discussion about my treatment plan and cost . Dr ziya called me 5 days later to inform me my teeth was ready for fitting. I attended the clinic, I had multiple zirconia crowns fitted on my upper teeth, I had to have bridges as well because I had some cavities that needed to be fixed. I was in the clinic for 2.5 hrs I was so comfortable and at ease that I fell asleep throughout the process when I woke up it was done, it was also pain free and I have been back in London for 3.5 weeks now and I haven't had any troubles at all I have been eating, drinking and smiling and I haven't required a mask or hand kerchief to cover my mouth. I have received so many compliments about my teeth thank you Dr Ziya . I will strongly advice that if you need your teeth done abroad don't hesitate to contact Dr Ziya he has restored my smile and my confidence.
Exceptionally good service and personal care provided by Dr Arzu and her team. Dr Arzu is meticulous in all aspects of her work ensuring that her patient is comfortable at all times. The standard of hygiene in the clinic is very high, there are even shoe coverings at the front door to put over your shoes before entering, so probably best not to wear flipflops, as I did. Over two appointments I had one root canal, two zirconium crowns prepped and fitted and one white filling done with no pain just the usual numbness for a couple of hours afterwards from the anaesthetic. Dr Arzu is an ethical dentist who will discuss your needs and agree a plan before starting - sometimes with the aid of a translate app to ensure everything is clearly understood. A notable and welcomed point is that Dr Arzu only does white fillings, she does not use amalgam unlike the UK where it is the norm. I highly recommend Arzu Smile Clinic as a forward thinking, state of the art dental clinic situated in Turgutreis. Having had a few bad experiences with UK dentists I am very grateful to have found Arzu Smile Clinic and look forward to returning in the future for all my dental needs. Thank you.
I chose this clinic because it was modern and well-equipped. I was also impressed that they spoke English. I had x-rays, with the very latest in x-ray equipment and a crown replacement. I was given options and allowed to choose what I felt was best for my circumstances. The procedures were done with virtually no pain and completed a day earlier than anticipated. The office was great about keeping in touch to set up my necessary appointments. The crown fit perfectly when first placed and I am very happy with the results.
I was in Bodrum on holidays with my parents where one morning one of my fillings fell off and I needed to see a dentist to replace it. The dentist was very friendly and professional. She took x-rays and explain to me the whole process of what she was going to do. In the end, there were x2 fillings I had to replace and I also did teeth cleaning. I am very pleased with the service I received and I would highly recommend her.
