I chose this clinic because they understood my needs and offered a treatment plan within my budget. Staff are excellent as was the treatment I had; highest praise for them. The office and treatment rooms are immaculately clean and bright, the equipment modern. In all, I am very pleased and recommend West Dent for the care and kindness I received.

Having researched months prior and having had colleagues who went to other hospitals in Turkey for similar procedures my gut feeling was to go with Sam Patient services, purely due to the diligence and effort put into reassuring all my reservations and queries. I have never met such humble, honest and empathetic working professionals given that I come from medical background. The level of honesty and sincerity was out of this world. Care provided from the beginning of enquiry to day of discharge from; Gokmen his colleague my amazing Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and all the nurses including the cleaners, caterers, the VIP drivers with the smooth fast transition of transport to and from destinations which were already present and waiting on our arrival and the admin staff was impeccable and delivered at Gold Standard to say the least. I have already suggested multiple people from UK and I’ve only been back day!!!. That’s how happy I was with the level of service, care and honesty provided to me along my personal journey. May they be blessed to continue the hard work, commitment and care they provide for struggling individuals who commit to entrusting their lives, vulnerabilities, fears and emotions into the hands of such good noble and humble people.

I attended over 2 visits for tooth extractions and 4 implants and cannot fault the treatment over the 2 visits in any way at all. Where do I even start... The BEST experience I've ever had in regards to anything medical. From the initial first contact right up until this day.. 2 months post op everything has been absolutely amazing. No pressure at all when conversations were had, where other clinics can be on the pushy side. I contacted BG in January through a recommendation of a friend after searching a few different ones and from the first couple of messages I knew this was the right decision. The amount of information given, step by step, day by day information of what was going to happen was incredible. When I enquired, I was given all the time I needed to make a decision, allowed me time to confirm with my workplace and once confirmed sorted pretty much EVERYTHING! It was such a smooth journey from start to finish and I have honestly never been happier and more grateful to find two amazing ladies to help me kickstart my journey. My surgeon at the hospital, Serhat Buldur was incredible, answered any questions, made me feel at ease and comfortable. The hotel staff were out of this world and the hotel was like a dream. If you're thinking about any surgery with this company, I would honestly 100% recommend.

All the staff working at the clinic are very helpful. I am very satisfied with my dentist who treated me. I got the result I wanted in a very short time and painlessly.
