From the moment I walked through the door Dr. Lopez and her assistant showcased an exceptional level of professionalism, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout my visit. I initially went in for a routine cleaning, was impressed with the service and results, and proceeded to get the repair done to a broken tooth and a night mouth guard. The mouthguard was manufactured quickly. There was a logistical deadline to catch a flight, Dr. Lopez went above and beyond to personally have the mouthguard delivered me. One aspect that stood out to me was the clinic's unwavering commitment to cleanliness. The entire facility was spotless and strict hygiene protocols were evident in every corner. The waiting area was neat and well-maintained, with a pleasant ambience. The treatment room was impeccably clean. All equipment was modern (even more so than in the United States!) and was sterilized. Dr. Lopez’s dedication to maintaining a pristine environment was evident and greatly appreciated.
