I went to this clinic to have my teeth cleaned. Originally I wanted a tooth filled, but it was too far gone to save it. Having this work done was definitely worth the money. I paid about half or a third of the price it would have cost me in Canada. I’m very happy with the service and results. The clinic was fairly good. I’m back in Canada now, but I’ll definitely consider having treatment with Ideal Dental again. It’s difficult to say what the best part of a dentist visit is (I mean, you’re essentially paying someone for pain). However, the staff were great. Everyone was so happy and friendly. The technician who spoke English well, translated for me when I didn’t understand. It’s kind of a community clinic that's a fairly long taxi ride from any of the main centres in Mexico. I thought they were three blocks from the main centre, but they were actually miles away.
Both my husband and I have had quite a few treatments done…bridge and inserts, root canal, crown, deep cleaning and fillings. They have the most competent and qualified group of dental assistants, receptionist, hygienist. Dr. Benjamin Armenia is so accommodating and professional. We have been going to this dental office for a couple of years, and have never had an issue. 100% recommend.
Dr. Nava and his staff, Eva, Astrid, Dr. Stephanie are awesomely amazing from start to finish. 5-star treatment, they take you everywhere you need to go to and from the clinic, the store, the airport, I didn’t have to think about anything but my treatment, what an excellent experience! Dr Nava is precise and methodical in every step of your treatment, he explains everything to you and does amazing work. He is truly one of the best dentists on this planet !! Both I and my son were treated by Dr Giron, super professional, even though he doesn't work with kids regularly, and made an exception for us. He showed great patience and sensitivity to work with a 4-year-old. Dr Giron was super open and honest about our treatment and suggested several options with different price ranges that would work for us.
