I have been going to the dentist since I was 8 because of pneumonia at 5 when I was treated with an antibiotic. It damaged my permanent teeth. I explained to Melisa that my mouth has PTSD. I have been to dentists in 9 countries, including Thailand. No one compares to the excellence of Melisa Meneses. Her needles are high gauge. Her chair is comfortable enough to make love in. Her English is good. She is brilliant AND gorgeous. Her work was carried out swiftly over a few days. 5 zirconium crowns, 1 bridge, 2 cavities. Extraordinary. Her English-speaking front desk woman is first-class and constantly helpful. Her assistant is totally attentive. She takes debit cards.

I visited Grupo Odonotologico Integral in February 2024 and had extensive dental work done by Dr. Karen. I had 3 extractions, a bone graft, and 14 crowns done. Dr. Karen and her entire staff were amazing - very friendly, skilled, and very professional. Danya, her receptionist, made every trip a pleasure and even picked me up from the airport. I am very happy with my teeth. I am going back in November to have 3 implants put in my jaw. Dr. Karen takes the time to make sure her work is excellent. I highly recommend visiting this Dental Clinic in Puerto Vallarta.

From the high tech equipment to the cleanliness of the clinic this was truly a great experience. I am terrified of going to the dentist but the staff here made me very comfortable. Everything was explained very carefully to me. All the work done to my teeth turned out fantastic! Our family has been seeing Dr. Claudio and Arlette for many years. We are in PV for 5-6 months from the U.S. We actually wait to have our teeth checked when we come back to PV because they are top-notch. We have had implants, emergency extraction, whitening, cleanings and general checkups. Their office is immaculately clean with the best modern equipment. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and confident in their abilities to do excellent dental care. We not only consider them highly professional but kind and caring friends.

Dr. Hernandez was as usual thorough and helpful in all his work. Appreciate his getting things done accurately and on time. My wife and I have used his services for years and happily would refer him to anyone.
