This clinic is excellent. I have experience with visiting dentists in many countries. The office was conveniently located a very short walk from the pedestrian border crossing and a staff member met me to show me the way. From the first phone call to walking out the door after my first visit, I was treated with kindness and respect. All of the staff were pleasant, helpful and bilingual. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Chavez was thoughtful, honest, and clear in his explanations for my treatment plan taking the time to make sure I understood the procedures and the pros and cons. The office and treatment rooms were immaculate utilizing the most modern equipment and the doctor and staff followed strict hygiene protocols. I had minor procedures, a cleaning, filling and diagnostic x-rays, and will follow up with more extensive procedures. TIP: If you are walking across the border and have global entry/ SENTRI, don’t forget your card. Walking back is a little tricky. I finally asked someone who looked like they knew. Stay to the left of the main line and continue to walk to the border gates. The locals expect this and most importantly there are NO signs to guide you. Border crossings are all a little different and that’s how it’s done at Nogales.
I went to Dr. Chio Dental Clinic and had seven teeth extracted, Torus removed, Reline top and got immediate bottom dentures for $1,455.00. I spoke with Jesus several times during the week before I got there and he was always very nice and so helpful. The dentist that I saw was Eric Lopez and he was great. Also I'm assuming she was a Dental Assistant but I'm not sure what her title was and I can't think of her name right now but she was also great. Thank you to everyone there, I will be recommending you to everyone I know.

The experience of crossing the border for dental work was far better than I imagined. The office was immaculate, the equipment was state of the art and the staff was bi-lingual, efficient, professional, and friendly. My treatment included a molar crown and fillings at the gum line of 4 teeth. I am completely happy with the dental treatment I received at Dental Arts.
This office was very professional and friendly. I was treated very very well and the doctor did a good job on a difficult tooth. She was very kind and I felt very safe. VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. Dr Barba was very informative. He explained everything in detail and made sure I understood everything about the procedure. I felt very comfortable and at ease with him. I had 4 implants and he made my existing plate into a temporary arch. It was nice that Dr Barba and my dentist at home talked on the phone and worked together. My home dentist will continue with the follow up care and is going to make my permanent arch. Dr Barba picked up my friend and I in Brownsville and brought us to Mexico. I felt very safe. I highly recommend Dr Barba, very informative, efficient and a job well done.
I loved the Affective empathy, the staff, geez, I loved it all. I don't think I can ever be seen anywhere else. I am very appreciative that they fit me into a very tight schedule.
