Dr Lau is a very professional dentist with good manners not only to his patient but staffs too. Yesterday I went to consult him regarding the sharp pain I was having. He started checking and found cavity on the upper tooth, then he asked if I would like to an x-ray to show me the problem. After taking the x-ray, he explained the situation and seek my decision. He did not push me to do fillings or extraction of the tooth. Since I am there, might as well settled it once and for all, so, I decided to extract my tooth. The tooth was properly extracted without feeling any pain and even the injection. When I went home, after some time the numbness was gone, to my surprise there was no pain. Dr Lau did a very good job. Thank you, Dr Lau and his team. The clinic is also very clean and tidy. I will recommend this dental clinic to others especially Dr Lau. Keep up the good job!

Very attentive dentist. Patient while explaining. Looks passionate in his job. A comfortable, clean and neat clinic. Massage chair provided for waiting patient. Price is reasonable. But the promo price is a good deal!

When I got to know that Dr. Fauziah will be the one treating me I automatically switched my mind to proceed straight away to do my veneer without any doubt, because I believe Dr Fauziah is so professional and has a naturally lovely personality. She took the time to explain every procedure in details with her beautiful illustrations. She also gave all the effort explaining all the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent judgment. Her staffs are so helpful and friendly. This clinic is really nice and they made me feel so comfortable. The doctor is professional and the staff are friendly. Very efficient service from the reception, to the treatment room and at the end for the billing. It has been so many years that I have visited the dentist I can't really remember when I did my last teeth scaling and see the dentist. Today I'm here at the Signature Dental Clinic, I can feel and see the new evolution of modern advanced technology in this dental practice. I had my fillings done here because Dr. Bala is my regular dentist. He’s very good and he actually explains everything he’s doing step by step. The staff are always so friendly and the environment is okay too. I was given the price after the procedure - it was good value. Dr. Bala is an excellent dentist.

I needed to get a filling done on a Sunday and went to the internet to find one that was close by. I’m very happy with the results and the price was okay. Like any other customer, I’d always want a cheaper price, but for the location, cleanliness and service, it was worth the money. The clinic gave me a follow-up call, as per our agreement, but I had to reschedule because I was not in the country at the time. I told them I’d call once I was ready to return. I can’t pinpoint any one highlight of the treatment. However, they were quite informative, e.g. they told me about the 45-60 minute waiting period, this gave me time to go and have a cup of coffee instead of waiting there. The communication was great, the place was clean and professional. Staff was friendly too.
