Dr. Sanjay was very caring and understanding towards my daughter during our 1st visit for tooth extraction. My daughter is very scared of dentists, to begin with. He took the time to talk to her through the procedures and calm her down. Very pleasant indeed! Dr Sanjay is a great doctor who listens to the patient and takes care of him/her with great attention.
I've made a teeth check-up appointment with a dentist. She checked with me what to do with my teeth first before she started her job. And she asked me to give a signal to her by thumbing up when drastic pain is felt during the process. Soon after she started to 'clean' my teeth in a way that I feel comfortable with. It gives me a professional service in handling customer concerns when 'problematic' teeth are identified with a chart that needs to do teeth filling.
