She communicated every step in English and helped me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. I felt her recommendations were in my best interest and not profit-driven. The staff is also excellent, especially Huong who greeted me with enthusiasm and perfect English.

I have severe anxiety stemming from an incident with my orthodontist and have not been able to go to a dentist or for oral work for years because of it. Almost all my dentists in the UK have not been exactly.,.equipped to help with anxiety despite me explaining my situation, so I was worried it might be the same here. But it was completely different and surprising. Dr Seo was so patient. The entire office was very accommodating. They set you up in the room and let you relax and just acclimatise to the environment (which helped me because it takes me some time to work down from an anxiety attack) and Dr Seo was patient and kind the entire appointment and explained everything clearly. The office also is very nice and bright with lots of windows and plants so it feels more comforting straight away. I'm already scheduling another appointment. I'm so pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.

First of all the consultation was such a good experience. I was asking questions and Dr. Kohli was so patiently listening and educating me regarding my oral health. Then when the cleanup was happening, I had never experienced such gentle hands. the doctor was checking on me on regular intervals and giving me breaks in between.
