I’ve had treatment for wrinkles 3 times now with Dr Hennessy and wouldn’t go anywhere else. He is very honest and answers questions directly rather than diverting you to a treatment that is not necessary or more costly. Very friendly and professional. I was made to feel comfortable, all the staff are approachable and non-judgmental.

I initially had my surgery booked with Dr Reddy. However he became very unwell. Lorraine - highly experienced (patient coordinator) gave me a call as soon as she could and scheduled my consultation with another surgeon Mr Khan straight away. I was able to come in within a few days for consultation face to face and all being well I would go ahead with the surgery. So far so good. I underwent my surgery yesterday (5th Feb 2022) and I can’t thank the staff (anaesthetists) - who were just hilarious and made me feel completely at ease and nursing team enough who were so kind and caring (and of course my surgeon - who listened to everything I had to say from start to finish) Thanks so much for making me feel so comfortable. Again I was booked in for a closed rhinoplasty however Mr Khan opted for open and due to the unforeseen circumstances I was not charged an extra penny. Brilliant hospital, brilliant staff and brilliant surgeon. I can’t wait to see my results! Thanks again! Ms C.J

So pleased with the outcome of my surgery with Dr Ali. He described everything to me word for word before the surgery. I felt at ease on the day. Also was made so comfortable by his PA Laura who was so lovely!

Fantastic surgeon!!!! Mummy tuck. I've had 3 operations with Dr James Murphy twice breast and now mummy tuck he's done an amazing job. Couldn't be more happier. He's given me my stomach back after 4 children I feel so confident with my new belly. I've known him many years he's kind honest and realistic!! I had a breast augmentation 18 years ago they were 800cc implants with Transform and I have been wanting them removed for the last 6 years! I had visited several different surgeons in London & Somerset over the last few years but wasn’t completely comfortable with any of them! For the reasons that because my implants were so large they would be difficult to explant and none of them seemed very confident in explanting them! I’ve spent a long time miserable and unhappy with how I look! I came across Mr El-Gawad one evening through WhatClinic having almost given up. He messaged me back straight away that evening! He listened to me and was very understanding but most importantly very honest with me! and confident in his abilities to help me! I travelled from Somerset to Manchester for a consultation and I Instantly knew he was the man I wanted to perform my surgery! After having the consultation with Mr El-Gawad I decided I wanted him to perform my tummy tuck also! I spoke with Rachel his secretary to arrange my surgery date, I had lots of questions and Rachel his secretary was always at the end of the phone to answer my questions! I am now 4 days post-op and couldn’t be happier! I am now back in Somerset and Mr El-Gawad is still texting me to check I am okay! If you are in any doubt? DO NOT BE! You will not be disappointed! The nurses at Pall Mall Medical were also very helpful and kind. Mr El-Gawad.....Thank you!
