On 1st august 2022, I had two skin removal procedures (extended arm lift and extended thigh lift) at the same time. I did a lot of research into surgery abroad and I knew I wanted to make sure the surgery was done at a hospital, not a clinic. I had a very positive experience with FlyHealth. My surgery was performed at a private hospital by a private surgeon, with follow-up appointments at the surgeon's private clinic. Both settings were clean and tidy and I felt in safe hands throughout. The organisation and itinerary/information was thorough and really helpful - and provided well in advance so I was able to familiarise myself. Everything was thought of - from hotel, to airport transfers, to appointment transfers and a patient coordinator to translate at appointments. The communication between myself to FlyHealth and FlyHealth to the surgeon has been quick and seamless. I went to Onep to do my 2nd rhinoplasty (revision), septoplasty, with upper blepharoplasty and temporal face lift endoscopic. Now that i am 1 months post op, i can say that my nose is so much better, i can breathe without any problem (it was one of my major issue, with the deviation of my septum..) AND i finally got a sexy nose, very natural ! No fake, not to upturned ! They were amazing, so kind and sympathetic with me, I didn't expect them to be so professional, and they were above all my expectations. Thank you !
