I would definitely recommend the Clinic Centre based on my recent surgery that was arranged through the company. I have written a few reviews (and I never really write reviews) purely to convey how positive my experience was, particularly as I was very apprehensive beforehand. I had a breast augmentation and uplift with Dr. Hakan Gündoğan and am thrilled with the results (I provided a separate very positive Google review in relation to my surgeon (which unfortunately was removed without explanation by Google!?!)). I was very nervous prior to the surgery but felt instantly reassured following my consultation with Dr. Hakan. He had already formulated a plan for my surgery, which coincided with exactly what I had hoped to achieve. The results speak for themselves, and I am absolutely delighted! The Clinic Centre ensured that the entire process ran smoothly. They were on hand to provide assistance from the first point of initial contact, throughout my time in Istanbul, and continuing post-surgery following my return to the UK. All transportation was arranged, including airport transfers and for journeys relative to the surgery and subsequent hospital appointments. I was assigned various chaperones (who also acted as translators) throughout my stay. This was crucial, as while my surgeon spoke very good English, most of the hospital staff and nurses spoke little to no English. The hotel that I stayed in as part of my trip (Volley Hotel) was basic but served its purpose, and I had no complaints. Overall, I had a great experience with the Clinic Centre. The company provides fantastic value for money, good customer service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The service I’ve had from West has been beyond excellent from the very 1st moment I made contact up to now I’ve received the utmost professional service. I’ve not been bombarded with any harsh or forceful selling but have been made feel very comfortable by every staff member from West. My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr. Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived in Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel, which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel. Then, straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in detail what to expect with an amazing Turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill. we had half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, I was very calm, which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me. I felt very, very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery. I felt absolutely fine. My journey was really good, Dr. Ulas, Rabia, and the team. I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me. God bless you and your families. So far my experience has been great. They communicate well with me and whenever I WhatsApp or call I get answered quickly even though there’s a timezone difference between states and Turkey. I'm scheduled for my surgery on February 3rd so I will update my review then but I have no complaints so far and I look forward to meeting with Dr T.

3 years ago I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Onsal. It's not an easy decision there are lots of opinions, doctors etc. I found him by a friend's recommendation. I couldn't trust everyone. I checked his background, Instagram, reviews. It was the best decision I made ever. I wish to do it before. Especially he listens to details carefully, because some doctors mention only his expectations. I am doing it for myself not for someone. I suggest everyone. Amazing experience!

I would recommend this company to anyone. From the day of the enquiry to (now 2 weeks after the op) I had all my questions answered, swift response times and nothing was an issue. I got the nano steam cell facial treatment, eyebrow lift and laser because I was concerned about the redness on my face and the veins. It was definitely good value for money. This clinic is simply the best they all went above and beyond to meet my needs. Everyone is so nice, friendly and welcoming. The hygiene is superb and so clean. I had an exceptional experience at Dr. Derya Bingöl’s clinic! The doctor was extremely professional, caring, and attentive throughout the entire experience. I felt confident in Doctor’s abilities and appreciated the way she and her staff took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Additionally, the office staff was equally caring and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being, especially post-surgery. In addition, the clinic handled all arrangements, starting with airport pick-up, hotel recommendations, booking the hospital and the operating room. What could have been very stressful, turned into a pleasant experience. I was especially impressed with how the staff handled a complication that arose after my procedure. I experienced swinging jumps in blood pressure and the staff immediately took action, taking me to see a cardiologist, and neurologist, and getting an MRI of my brain as a precautionary measure. They made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process, which took 10 days, and I was grateful for their quick thinking and exceptional care. Overall, I would highly recommend this doctor and clinic to anyone in need of high-end cosmetic surgery. The doctor performed face surgery on 3 areas and I am very pleased with the results.

Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful.
