Wonderful staff. My coordinator Tunhan was fantastic and was there from pick up at the airport until I returned home. I was taken to lunch to an exquisite lunch by the director and he brought me to see an ophthalmologist when I woke with a swollen eye not related to surgery. Dr Onur Ogun was honest with me in telling me not to have my thighs liposuctioned. I plan on returning for another surgery when I can.

Ich forderte Info Material an und erhielt in kürzester Zeit einen Kontakt per WhatsApp mit Hülya. Sie hat mich kompetent beraten und nahm mir mit ihrer offenen herzlichen Art meine noch vorhandene Unsicherheit. Es ist wirklich von Anfang an alles gut gelaufen. Von der Beratung durch Hülya, über Transfer und Begleitung im Krankenhaus bis zur Abreise wurde ich erstklassig betreut. Meine Betreuerin Hülya sprach sehr gut deutsch und war bei allen Untersuchungen dabei, bis zur OP und auch direkt danach. Sie war jederzeit, 24/7 ansprechbar und hat alles geregelt. Einen ganz besonderen Dank an Sie. Mir geht's jetzt, 3 Wochen Post-OP echt sehr gut, dass hätte ich nicht erwartet! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team der Ayt Klinik für eure großartige Arbeit!

I can only say good things about Cosmetocity. From arrival at airport, transfer to hotel, hospital stay till the day we left, we were attended with professionalism and care. I must admit I was petrified especially because I planned to do it alone and knew nobody in my family stand by me travelling to another country to get a gastric sleeve. In fact, I even kept it a secret from my husband until I took the final decision of going with Cosmetocity, because I knew it would be extremely hard to convince him. Undoubtedly it is, by far, the hardest and craziest decision I have taken in my life, but I needed it. My life the past 8 years had been going downhill because of difficult personal situations, I ended up with obesity and a scared face due to the hormonal problems that resulted from my depression. I left my job as a college teacher, isolated myself and ended up hating my reflection in the mirror. But last year, I began to get the courage to do something once and for all after leaving my last endocrinologist...I knew I could not continue like this... It was when I first contacted Nihan that I felt that Cosmetocity, contrary to other companies I had contacted, was the one. Cihan was really caring, patient and was always there to listen and answer all my queries without feeling pressured to decide. He felt really humane and unpretentious. So I chose Cosmetocity in spite of having less reviews and less popular than other companies. I had a gut feeling they were the ones! It will be a month tomorrow since I had my gastric sleeve on 13 March 2023 and all I can say is THANK YOU ! Thank you to the professional and caring Cihan; to the happy-go-lucky and kind Mert and to the beautiful and loving Nur and Deniz. As for the doctor, I chose Burhan Mayir and the SILS method. If you look at my stomach 1 month post op, you would never imagine I had a gastric sleeve. He is not only a warm-hearted doctor but also extremely professional and greatly skilled. He did a perfect procedure, especially taking into account he found an umbilical hernia that complicated the procedure, but everything went perfect. All the nurses in OZM hospital were like angels and even the cleaners were polite and friendly, not to mention how clean they keep the hospital- it was spotless! All in all, if any of you are thinking of going with Cosmetocity, don't hesitate!

I was very surprised how well and easy everything went. The no-pain anesthesia made any anxiety I had to away, no pain before during or after procedure. Aftercare was very smooth. The entire process was easy as can be. You can either go and get hair and leave or I visited Antalya and did some sightseeing then got my procedure done the last few days. Excellent overall.

Maxx clinic was superb from the minute they met you at the airport right until the end of the holiday. Sude is fabulous and kind and always there for you. The hospital is clean and efficient and everything goes so smoothly. The liposuction surgery went so well I recovered very quickly and minimal pain. Dr Demirez was my surgeon she is excellent. I travelled to Antalya from the UK for a breast reduction and uplift. Dr Mak was recommended to me by a friend who had undergone the same procedure. I am quite an anxious person by nature, and the week leading up to the flight and operation, I was full of doubt and really nervous. However, from the moment we touched down in Antalya and were greeted by our lovely driver Mutlu, the whole procedure was seamless. We arrived at midnight and went straight to the hospital, where I underwent preliminary tests: blood pressure, blood work, ECG and lung X Ray. The next morning, the lovely Dr Mac and his beautiful (both inside and out) wife arrived. Dr Mac listened to my requests, advised me fully on the whole procedure, then meticulously worked out the optimal size of breasts for my frame. I was operated on an hour later, and the operation took about 2.5 hours. On coming round, I was hooked up to intravenous antibiotics and pain relief, and can honestly say that apart from some discomfort, I felt very well. I was diischarged the following afternoon,with pain meds and antibiotics, and we were taken to our hotel, where I was able to rest and relax in calm and beautiful surroundings. From the Saturday to the following Friday when we left, I had 3 check ups with Dr Mac at his clinic, where he changed my dressings and cleaned the breast area. His attention and professionalism was absolutely superb, and Aislee, his wife , was available via WhatsApp 24/7. From an anxious person, I can absolutely say that this whole process has been life-changing for me. I went from a 34 EE to a small, round C cup and I'm delighted. I feel like a new woman. But not only have I changed physically, I have become a stronger, more positive person as a result of the magnificent care I received. I cannot recommend Dr Mac highly enough. He is a skilled and professional surgeon, who is meticulous in his care of his patients. And he is also a lovely, warm, approachable and genuinely caring man. Thankyou Dr Mac and Aislee.
