Absolutely first class treatment from the start. I was picked up at the airport and I had this driver for the whole duration off my stay. I had a full Tummy Tuck and Liposuction. The clinic itself is lovely and the nurses and reception staff are so helpful and friendly they can’t do enough for you. I choose this particular clinic because of DR Aleksandra Luniewska. The reviews were amazing and what sealed the deal for me was the YouTube video of a lovely Irish lady who did a step by step diary on her treatment from start to finish. It was 10 days ago since I had my surgery and I can’t believe the results, still a bit swollen but no pain. I’m absolutely over the moon. I highly recommend this clinic as the treatment I received was first class. I would also like to thank everyone who looked after me and in particular I would like to thank Dr Aleksandra.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

I went with my friend who had a face lift and I had lower eye surgery. Very nice surgeon and staff, the clinic is very clean and mac is so helpful and puts you at ease. The price is brilliant and they do not skip any corners! Highly recommend

Friendly and professional staff!!! My experiences with Allmedica staff were very pleasant! All my inquiries were answered immediately from the very beginning by Veronica.It was my first time to visit the city , but all the staffs were very accomodating ( from Oskar-my host to nurses and the doctor! Everyone ) I got more than enough follow ups and the staff and host were always fast to reach out and assist. The Doctor( Aesthetic) is also a fantastic one! I am very satisfied with the result! So I might come again soon!!

Very well-run clinic, thanks to all staff being friendly and professional, everything was as discussed. I had a breast reduction 1 week ago and all going well so far, highly recommended, would return in the future.

Excellent clinic. Doctor was very professional and courteous. Explained the procedure and what to expect. Good after care products and contact. Would definitely use it again without hesitation.
