I have been having issues with my lower back for a few months and as it is hard to get into a doctor and then wait for physio, so I decided to have a sports massage. Beth got to the issue and told me what the issue is. As it is an ongoing issue I will need a few treatments. Willing to pay the price to hopefully treat the issue. Special mention to Beth, who puts you at ease and is great at what she does.

I have visited Eltham Osteopathy Clinic several times over the past 10 years or so. On every occasion, the amazing staff have sorted out my various spine, joint and muscle problems. This time Claudio Cretella has done a great job dealing with my stiff neck and tight back muscles. I am now able to continue with my photography without the pain I used to feel. Claudio is an expert in osteopathy. His manner is always calm, friendly and considerate. Following a successful treatment plan, I now visit the clinic every two weeks for a maintenance session with Claudio.

After the examination, a description of the course of treatment is given. If you want, and we have no objections, the first treatment usually happens straight after the examination. We are trained to use a variety of techniques, that can be tailored for each patient. from muscular giants through to 6 week old babies.

At a Consultation you will be welcomed and asked to fill out a brief questionnaire relating to your general health and contact details. After watching a short video you will have a better understanding about chiropractic and how your nerves, spine and joints work and can cause pain. You will be given a tour of the clinic and introduced to your chiropractor. Your chiropractor will consult with you in confidence, asking detailed questions relating to your present complaint, past history and lifestyle. You will have the time to provide him with all relevant information. Your area of complaint, entire spine and posture will be examined thoroughly using neurological, orthopaedic and physical tests. The chiropractor uses specialised palpatory techniques which will note changes in your muscle tone and joint movement patterns. These motion tests are also carried out before each treatment to evaluate your progress. If necessary you will be x-rayed or referred for MRI. Your appointment will be made at this time, usually within a few days. Sranya provided acupuncture to me in the lead up to IVF, and twice on the day of implantation. I had not previously undergone acupuncture but found Sranya to be extremely professional and helpful in explaining how the process works. Sranya went above and beyond during my IVF journey and, at short notice, ensured that she was available to provide me with two sessions on the day of implantation which included her staying late that day to accommodate me. My IVF was successful, and I now have a beautiful baby. I cannot recommend Sranya highly enough and I am so grateful for her expertise.
