Carley was very welcoming and I love the quiet relaxed atmosphere. Carley took time to explain what she felt would suit my needs best, but also guided me away from some of my uninformed ideas! I loved that important aftercare information was explained by Carley and also given on a card ( otherwise I wouldn’t remember by the time I left!) Carley also offers a review of treatment after things have settled and is more than happy to give a little top-up, if either you or Carley feels that it’s wanted. I give a 5-star recommendation and am now a returning client and wouldn’t go to anyone else

I've been coming to Allison for years for different treatments and she takes such pride in her work, you can tell she really loves what she does and has a great eye and attention to detail. Beautiful clean clinic with lovely friendly staff. Everyone is super welcoming and knowledgeable and will talk you through any questions you may have while you enjoy a free cuppa and biscuits! Firstly, Kerry is a wonderful person. Calm, kind, knowledgeable and very personable. She explained clearly to me how she would remove the milia on my face. The procedure was very easy and quick with limited discomfort. Only 5 days later my skin is absolutely clear and the milia have disappeared. I’m amazed. Yes, you have to take care of the crusts and slight swelling after the procedure, but that is obvious. Just keep the area dry. I highly recommend Kerry and her clinic. Thank you, Kerry!

Rebecca Pidgeon is extremely experienced and the best person to trust when having fillers. I saw Rebecca years ago somewhere else but as it was my first ever experience in having fillers I complained which I regret. I've seen other companies that offer fillers etc and they are NOT as qualified as Rebecca. So I apologise for ever being nasty and please forgive me. You are the Best.

The clinic is excellent, and the staff is outstanding! I've had the best experience in the OFF Skin and Laser Clinic, and I highly recommend their services. I did the laser hair removal treatment, and the improvement has been noticeable since the beginning. I couldn't be happier with the results! The treatment was very effective, especially considering my ingrow and stubborn hair. Also, the staff is super friendly, professional, and helpful, making you feel comfortable and welcome. I was extremely nervous about having my first session of treatment for wrinkles and after leaving the clinic I wish I’d done it years ago! Ellen was recommended to me and she really put me at ease. She explained what the process would be and her experience and knowledge really shone through. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the results. Using her experience and expertise she knew I wanted more of a natural look, and that is exactly what I have got. I had treatment for wrinkles applied to three areas which cost £250. I think this is more than good value for money due to the results that have really made a difference to me. The clinic is extremely clean and Christie who I met when I first entered the clinic was so kind and reassuring. I have already booked for my next top up!

Dr Raquel has been amazing since the first moment I met her. She is incredibly professional, warm and knowledgeable, and explains everything from her skincare routine to potential treatments in such detail and with great care. She took the time to listen to my concerns and aims, and gave me very realistic feedback. There was never any hard sell or pressure to make a decision or commit to a course of action, and she was always available for follow up questions and advice. I've been really happy with the treatment I've had (polynucleotides) and the results. The clinic is a lovely space and a bonus is the free and easy parking! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Raquel; if you want a very trustworthy, honest and skilled practitioner at the top of the industry, there's only one place to go.
