Dr. Guray is an incredibly warm and understanding doctor with a strong work ethic. He answered all my questions so throughly, explained me all the details and set my expectations accordingly. I had come with a different major surgery in mind which he did not recommend for my case for this time being and performed a minimally invasive thread lift procedure instead. I recovered super fast and had wonderfully natural results at the end. The post-op appointment has been equally thorough and all my initial concerns went away. On 1st august 2022, I had two skin removal procedures (extended arm lift and extended thigh lift) at the same time. I did a lot of research into surgery abroad and I knew I wanted to make sure the surgery was done at a hospital, not a clinic. I had a very positive experience with FlyHealth. My surgery was performed at a private hospital by a private surgeon, with follow-up appointments at the surgeon's private clinic. Both settings were clean and tidy and I felt in safe hands throughout. The organisation and itinerary/information was thorough and really helpful - and provided well in advance so I was able to familiarise myself. Everything was thought of - from hotel, to airport transfers, to appointment transfers and a patient coordinator to translate at appointments. The communication between myself to FlyHealth and FlyHealth to the surgeon has been quick and seamless. I'm hoping to have more skin removal surgery in the future and won't hesitate to rebook with FlyHealth again.

The team is great, every single one of them takes care of every single person there. The hospital is clean. They show hospitality. You do not feel excluded.
