The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. Before the operation, the expert doctor explained the whole procedure, I asked all my questions and he/she responded. I'm overjoyed. Thank you everyone!!! You took care of me very well.

Hallo ich 42 Jahre alt war vor 6 Monaten bei Dr. Cem Arslan zu einer Magenverkleinerung Operation in Istanbul. Ich wurde mit 122 kg operiert habe zwischenzeitlich 44 Kilo abgenommen und nehme weiterhin noch ab. Ich kann Dr. Cem Arslan nur weiter empfehlen sowohl er aber auch seine Assistenten Zeynep nehmen sich für die Patienten viel Zeit. Auch zurück in Deutschland angekommen haben beide mich regelmäßig kontaktiert um sich nach meinem Wohl sein zu informieren. Top Arzt 👍

Had my gastric sleeve operation on the 6th of May 22 and cannot praise Novemed enough. From my initial contact on WhatsApp with John, a swift pick up from Instanbul Airport to a lovely central hotel. A nurse visited to take blood and covid test on the day of arrival, then the next day got picked up early morning one of the admin team met me and my husband at the hospital entrance, which wasn't too far from the hotel. They checked us in the hospital we also met the surgeon who was performing the operation at this point. We got taken to my room then I promptly got taken for the pre-op tests the surgeon kept coming to check on me throughout this process. Everything was ok, I then went to surgery. When I woke I was cared for by a lovely man, then was taken back to the room I was staying where the rest of the team cared for me for the next 3 days all the nurses and dieticians also the surgeon came back every day to check up on me. The hospital was very central so my husband could go out and get anything required, he received meals from the hospital, and I received all my medication upon leaving the hospital to go back to the hotel. The hotel continued my prescribed diet through room service. Everyone was excellent. Thank you Novemed

When I thought about changing the situation I found myself in, I wanted to look for a hospital that had good recommendations, and seeing Apera Health Group on Instagram, I went looking to learn more about it. After days of searching and reading the reviews, I saw that it was the best place for me. From the first contact until today that I'm back home in Ireland, they gave me and give me all the support I need. I had the best experience of my life as a patient in a hospital, where when you need something and you call the nurses, they come right away. They don't let you feel pain for a single minute, I've never seen anything like this anywhere before. The doctor who performed the surgery and his very professional team, I highly recommend. As for the interpreters I would like to thank you in particular, because I was not alone. They supported me and gave me all the support and support I needed 24 hours a day while I was there, and after my arrival at home.

I had my surgery with Aktif at vital hospital with Dr Ibrahim Agackiran on the 4th of July 2023. Dr Ibrahim is great, seems to know what he’s doing and is very professional. The surgery went well, and I’m currently down 7 kg in 1 week!! Here are some pros and cons of the surgery and some things to think about if you want to have the surgery. Pros: +The surgeons/doctors at the facility are very professional and good at their job. +The guide/translator Luca was great, super nice and helpful. +I feel great after the surgery but it's a huge adjustment. +They’ve been very helpful at answering all my questions now afterwards and they are quick to reply to you. Cons: - Most of the nurses at the facility don’t speak English so it’s hard to communicate with them but they are very friendly and try their best to help you. -I wasn't given proper info/instructions about my medications (especially the blood thinner syringes I had to give myself). I had to kinda figure it out on my own. I wish they would have shown me how to do it while I was at the hospital. -I wasn’t told how to properly care for the wounds/incisions after the surgery so two of them are infected now. I tried to care for them to the best of my ability and they will hopefully clear out in a couple of days with the antibiotics. -Doctors in Sweden don’t want to help me as much now because I’ve had surgery abroad.

I've received a stomach treatment procedure from Dr Gull and since the last month, I've seen a considerable reducing on my appetite and have lost 8 pounds. I've been feeling much more energetic and fresh. The first day, I had a bit of an upset stomach but it got better swiftly. Despite just staying in Turkey for 2 nights as I had business commitments to attend, it was well worth the journey.

Took my son there for Otoplasty surgery - and was blown away at how professional and expert all the staff were. Lovely clean hospital, really confidence boosting - fabulous people all round including the patient coordinator Umut, he was brilliant and the surgeon Dr Kadri Ila was simply amazing.

Quite happy with how the entire procedure went from start to finish. Claudia especially had been extremely accommodating and present throughout the day and night whenever needed. Highly recommend 10/10.

I wanted to get Vaser liposuction for some time but as a foreigner, I was unsure about it since I don't speak Turkish nor did I know any surgeons or clinics here. I was very fortunate to find Mayclinik and their team. The whole procedure was great, they spoke perfect English which made everything much easier for me; about the results, I couldn't be happier, just perfect.

Wema was there to meet myself and husband when we arrived, she was a credit to the company with the support given to me When I had my pre-op tests the surgeon identified gallstones 168 of them and advised me to have them removed from the gallbladder, this was done same time as the sleeve The nurses are excellent with aftercare and administrating the meds My scars have healed well and are only very small. He came to see me regularly after the operation to check I was recovering well. I would highly recommend Catch Life if considering gastric sleeve as the hospital used was very clean, my husband was well looked after with meals and the staff are all professional in their areas. I was given a pack to take home to the U.K. with me, consisting of protein shakes vitamin tablets, stomach protectors and helpful information including diet nutrition plans and what to do if I need medical help.

Wow wow wow I use to suffer from sleep apnea and I was obese Sezen and Dr Metin were amazing I’m so glad I found them I also had a hernia which Dr. Metin fixed for me. All the staff were amazing. I got the gastric sleeve surgery. I was 115KG now I’m 80kg my sleep apnea is gone and it’s loads of energy thanks, guys ❤️

The gastric sleeve weight loss surgery is very life changing and a success. Losing weight, feeling good, energetic, happy, dreams coming true, confident, active sex drive, sleeping better and the list goes on. The surgery is the best investment I have ever made. Right from enquiring about this surgery the clinic has been immensely helpful and communication has been great. The surgery went well and aftercare was 5* I felt at ease & comfortable throughout.
